Authentication issue with PDF reports

Resolved

A change in tokens issued for CloudCode tasks caused authentication failures on the PDF service. We reverted the change, and everything is back to normal.

The issue caused requests to generate PDFs to fail between 17:30 and 20:45 GMT.
