Due to a bug introduced in a recent deploy, password resets performed from the JourneyApps Container would trigger a password reset for all users with the same company id, instead of only the user requesting the reset.

We have fixed the issue as soon as we became aware of the issue, but by that time some users already received multiple password reset emails.

If you have received a password reset email, you will be requested to change your password the next time you sign in.

No credentials have been compromised during this incident.
